We have a lot of acronym codes parents should learn on this site and some of those posts include sexting codes.  However, it is important to call out those codes specifically in a post so that parents can more easily find those acronyms and know what they mean when they see them.

There was a recent article on both DailyMail and CBS that discusses sexting codes (see link to CBS below) so we wanted to follow up an call out some specifics from previous posts on our site.

If you see any of the below texts in your kids’ phone, you should ask them what they are talking about as these are likely sexting codes.

CD9: Short for “Code 9,” which means parents are around.

KPC: Keeping Parents Clueless

MOS: Mom Over Shoulder

P911: Parent Alert

PAL: Parents Are Listening

PAW: Parents Are Watching

PIR: Parent In Room

POS: Parent Over Shoulder

143, 459 or ILU: I love you

1174: Invited to a wild party

GNOC: Get Naked On Cam

GYPO: Get Your Pants Off

AMEZRU: I Am Easy, Are You?

IWSN: I Want Sex Now (Or just “IWS”)

KFY or K4Y: Kiss For You

KOTL: Kiss On The Lips

NIFOC: Nude In Front Of The Computer

RUH: Are You Horny?

TDTM: Talk Dirty To Me

CU46: See You For Sex
